Terms of Service

These terms apply to remote digital services provided under the Noryx Works brand, including AI tool setup, installation guidance, configuration, custom scripts, workflow automation, and tailored technical systems. By purchasing or requesting a service, you agree to these terms.

1. Eligibility and permitted use

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract. You may not request work that is unlawful, deceptive, abusive, infringes another person's rights, bypasses access controls, or uses data you are not authorized to use.

2. Scope and starting prices

Catalog prices are starting prices for the standard scope described on the service page. Compatibility, required access, deliverables, schedule, revision limits, and final price must be confirmed before work begins. Any added integrations, data preparation, complexity, or changed requirements may require a revised quote.

3. Payment

Payment may be processed through Whop or another checkout or invoice specifically issued for the agreed service. The $250 Full AI Setup & Customization listing may use the direct checkout shown on this site. Do not use that checkout to pay for a differently priced service unless support confirms it in writing.

4. Third-party products and fees

Software subscriptions, APIs, cloud hosting, domains, licenses, data providers, and hardware are not included unless the written scope says otherwise. Third-party services have their own terms, availability, pricing, and security practices, which you are responsible for reviewing.

5. Customer responsibilities

• Provide accurate requirements, compatible equipment, authorized accounts, and lawful data.
• Keep backups before installation, configuration, or remote work begins.
• Remain present during remote access where reasonably possible and do not disclose unnecessary private credentials.
• Review and test deliverables before relying on them in production.

6. Delivery and acceptance

Services are delivered remotely through agreed files, messages, documentation, video calls, or authorized remote configuration. No physical product is shipped. Please report a material mismatch with the agreed scope promptly and provide enough information for us to investigate.

7. Intellectual property

After full payment, you may use the custom deliverables created specifically for you for your lawful personal or business purposes. Pre-existing tools, reusable methods, open-source components, third-party materials, and general know-how remain subject to their existing ownership and licenses.

8. No guaranteed business result

We provide technical implementation and guidance, not a guarantee of revenue, savings, uninterrupted operation, model accuracy, or compatibility with future third-party changes. AI outputs can be incomplete or incorrect and require human review.

9. Service boundaries

Noryx Works does not provide emotional counseling, medical care, crisis support, legal advice, financial advice, or other regulated professional services.
