Refund Policy

Noryx Works provides customized remote digital work. Because time and implementation effort may be committed immediately after the scope is confirmed, refund eligibility depends on whether work has started and whether the delivered service materially matches the agreed scope.
Before work begins
If you request cancellation before work begins, contact support promptly. A refund may be issued, less any non-refundable processor fees where permitted and disclosed.
After work begins
Once research, configuration, scripting, integration, testing, or a remote session has started, the completed portion is generally non-refundable. If part of the agreed work has not begun, we may assess a fair partial refund based on the work already performed.
Completed or delivered work
Customized files, workflows, configurations, instructions, and completed remote sessions are normally non-refundable after delivery. This does not remove rights that cannot legally be excluded.
If the delivered service materially differs from the written scope, contact us promptly with the order reference, a clear description, and screenshots or logs where relevant. We will review whether correction, redelivery, or another appropriate remedy is available.
Compatibility and customer environment
A refund is not normally available for problems caused by undisclosed requirements, unsupported devices, unavailable accounts, missing permissions, third-party outages, later software changes, or refusal to provide access that was part of the agreed scope. Compatibility should be confirmed before purchase.
Third-party fees
API usage, software subscriptions, licenses, cloud hosting, domains, payment fees, and other third-party costs are controlled by their providers and generally cannot be refunded by Noryx Works.
How to request review
Email yasuo19981008@gmail.com with your order email, transaction or order identifier, service name, and the reason for the request. If payment was processed by Whop, its platform process and applicable rules may also apply.
